We are adding extra precautions to our classes and making necessary precautions regarding health and safety for COVID-19.  By signing up to a Frenzy Drama class, you are agreeing to abide by these additional rules.

 

It is the customers responsibility to adhere to our terms and conditions.

 

Illness:

You must not attend classes if anyone in your household is displaying signs of Coronavirus.  We have the right to refuse customers if they are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.

 

Health Declaration:

By attending Frenzy Drama classes, you agree to the following:

• you have not travelled overseas in the the last 14 days

• to the best of your knowledge, you have not been in direct contact with any person(s) known to have the COVID-19 virus in the last 14 days

• you are fit and well and not displaying any symptoms consistent with COVID-19

• you will notify your franchisee or teacher if there is any change to the above, before, during or after any session

 

Social Distance:

Please prepare your child for the fact that they layout of the class may be different to usual.  We appreciate it may be difficult for your child to socially distance but it is important this is encouraged as much as possible.  With preschool classes, please stay with your child and encourage them to do the same.  Please ensure only one parent attends the class.

 

Resources:

Minimal resources will be used and when they are they will be clean and sanitised and not used by anyone else.

 

Lockdown:

If an area goes into local lockdown, classes will be offered online and a refund will not be offered.

 

Face Coverings:

In accordance with Government guidance, children are not required to wear a mask.  

Parents attending preschool classes may wear masks throughout, if they wish.  

Class teachers will not wear masks as it would negatively impact on their ability to teach the class.  They will however, wear a mask or visor during class entry and exit.

 

Start/end of classes:

Do not arrive earlier than your class time.  Do not enter the venue before you are instructed to do so.  Leave the class promptly to avoid unnecessary gathering.  Please follow the entry/exit route as outlined by the venue.

Use the hand washing/sanitising facilities provided upon entrance and exit.

 

Track and Trace:

If asked to, we will be required to share your contact details with the NHS test and trace service

 

We are keeping updated with all government guidelines and DfE reports and will accordingly amend our procedures in line with any updates.
