Terms & Conditions
All our classes are operated by franchisees of Frenzy Drama Franchise Ltd. The contract for the class is between you and the relevant franchisee named on your registration form. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You are free to not accept these changes but we would ask you to notify us in writing of your non acceptance within 14 days of your receipt, failing which we will be entitled to treat our agreement with you as being subject to the updated version.
By booking your child a space in a Frenzy Drama class, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions.
By enrolling in Frenzy Drama classes, you are agreeing to take full responsibility for the safety and behaviour of your child throughout the class and whilst arriving and leaving venues. We ask that you sit with and supervise your child throughout the duration of the class. Children gain more from the class if they are supported and encouraged and we ask you to enjoy the classes together. We ask you to refrain from browsing your mobile phone and talking with other parents until the end of the class.
All of our sessions are created to be fun, high energy and educational. Our Frenzy Bees class uses props which will require supervision from parents. Frenzy Drama franchisees and class leaders do not assume liability for the health and safety of your child. Equipment must not be shared and is thoroughly cleaned between classes.
No place at a Frenzy Drama class is guaranteed until payment for the half term or trial fees are received. Fees are paid via the online booking system.
Existing members are offered an exclusive period to re-enrol before spaces are offered to the general public when they are then offered on a first come, first serve basis.
When signing up to a Frenzy Drama class, details of the class you are booked into, the dates and times and the venue are clearly displayed.
You have the right to cancel your booking provided you inform the franchise within 7 days of booking. If you decide, once you have started the classes, that you no longer wish your child to attend, we will not give refunds or credits. Any refund under exceptional circumstances is discretionary.
We cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays. Instead, you may offer your place to a friend to attend a session you know you are unable to attend. Please ensure you inform your franchise and class teacher of this information.
Please do not attend a class if your child or anyone in the household has had a contagious illness e.g. sickness, diarrhoea, chicken pox or impetigo. Take advice from your doctor and be clear of symptoms for 48 hours before returning. You must not attend classes if anyone in your household are displaying symptoms of Coronavirus.
If a class is cancelled by Frenzy Drama, we will do our best to provide an alternative. If this is not possible, a refund will be given. Please ensure all contact details are kept up to date.
Photos and videos may be taken of your own child during the classes. Please do ask permission if another parents are in the photo/video. If you are asked to stop taking photos by other participants, please do respect the right of others.
If the class leader finds the amount of videos to be excessive, you may be asked to stop as a protective measure to our franchise. Full length videos are not permitted. We are more than happy for you to share on social media and we love to see them (!) but please note, it cannot be incorporated into another public activity without written permission from Head Office.
Photographs and videos may be taken of participants during classes. If you do not wish us to photograph or video your child, please notify us in writing. These images may be used in the media, on DVDs and for general promotional purposes.
Frenzy Drama continually strives to improve the teaching standard of our team and on occasions, we may video record a lesson being taught by a teacher. The camera is focused on the teacher and the video recording will only be seen by the franchisees. The video will not be used for anything other than for the teacher to gain feedback from their assessor.
Confidentiality of Class Content:
All material delivered in our classes is owned by Frenzy Drama, by copyright or trademark. Content must not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed or transferred in any form without written consent from Frenzy Drama.
Frenzy Drama franchisees and class teachers will endeavour to run classes during bad weather e.g. snow, ice. However, should we need to cancel classes due to safety concerns, we will notify you by text, email and a post on social media. We will then do our best to provide an alternative class. Please ensure all contact details are kept up to date.
Frenzy Drama cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings before, during or after our classes.
Force Majeure Event:
Force Majeure means an event beyond the reasonable control of Frenzy Drama including but not limited to war, earthquakes, acts of governments, accident, fire, flood, pandemic, strikes.
Frenzy Drama shall not be liable to the customer as a result of any failure to perform its obligations under this contract as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
If the Force Majeure Event prevents Frenzy Drama from providing services, Frenzy Drama shall have the right to terminate classes immediately by giving written notice to the customer.
We will process your personal and sensitive data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will share your details with Frenzy Drama but not with any other third party. We would like to keep you informed about future classes and events but if you would prefer not to be contacted please email email@example.com
Frenzy Drama is inclusive and we treat everyone respectfully and equally.
Frenzy Drama has full Public Liability Insurance and all teachers have an enhanced DBS. We have relevant First Aid training and Safeguarding. Please inform your class teacher in the event of an incident.
